The Lending Group does not make loans or credit decisions. We match you with lenders and lending partners. Any loan is between you and the lender, on that lender's terms. Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, an approval, a rate or a loan amount.

You must be at least 18, a U.S. resident, and able to enter a binding agreement.

You agree that the information you submit is true and complete and belongs to you. Submitting false information or someone else's information is not allowed.

By submitting the application you agree to receive disclosures electronically and to be contacted as described in the consent you accept on the form. You can withdraw text consent by replying STOP.

Rates, examples and calculator results on this site are estimates for information only. Your actual rate, fees and terms depend on the lender and your credit profile. Content is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Using the marketplace is free for borrowers. We may be paid by lenders or partners. Lenders may charge their own fees, which they disclose before you sign.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security or fraud checks, or use automated tools to submit requests. We may block access that looks fraudulent.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lender decisions, third-party sites or indirect losses from using the site.
